How To Treat Dry Cough, Post Pharyngitis?
Hi, a few nights ago i was diagnosed with Pharyngitis. The worst of the symptoms (severe sore throat and swelling) are gone, but now i have a dry cough with a tickle in my lungs. I can barely complete a sentence without coughing! I smoked a cigarette today

It seems from the history that you ate having dry cough following pharyngitis.
The dry cough is because of post nasal drilling or because of secretions from the pharyngitis.
The treatment is by use of antibiotics and decongestants to treat pharyngitis.
For treatment of cough you can use cough suppressants.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for prrscription of drugs and treatment.
