General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Your SGOT and SGPT levels are high.
If your Serum bilirubin levels are high too, then it could be obstructive jaundice. They may be high even in hepatitis infection also
Get an Ultrasound abdomen to know the status of Common bile duct and Biliary ducts dilatation in the liver.
If you come back with above report of Ultrasound abdomen,i will clarify further
Wish you good health

Cardiologist Dr. Anantharamakrishnan's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

There are other aspects of liver function, you have not mentioned...
Elevation more than 3 times the upper limit - as is here - is 'significant' / and needs further investigation.--Viral studies, ultrasound and so on...
The liver need not be enlarged to manifest signs and symptoms / it can even be shrunk
There are causes other than liver ...
You have not stated your age, gender, personal habits, family history or co-morbidities
See a specialist (Hepatologist)

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
