Can Strep Throat Cause Burning Sensation, Numbness And Itching In Body? Will Amoxicillin Help?
Hello. A couple weeks ago I came down with strep throat, and I took amoxicillin for that. After that I developed what I thought was a yeast infection, and my doctor prescribed Monistat. However, I m now on my third day of taking it, and I have been noticing that the discharge has a foul odor. I also have open blisters or sore like openings on my vagina that don t really bleed but do burn a lot and produce fluid, and cause a lot of discomfort. In the past couple days, I ve also noticed my palms and soles of my feet get very itchy and sometimes have a tingly/numb sensation. I also get itchy on other places of my body such as my back and my underarms, and underneath my breasts. Any ideas about what this could be?

You are having multiple health issue and that all needs to be treated separately, for the throat infection have salt water gargling along with the povidone gargle, if it soar then have Ibuprofen 40 mg twice day, for the vaginal problem the oral therapy will give good result have "Metronidazole" 400 mg twice day for 5 days, for allergic disorder the long acting anti-histamine would give good result "Levocetirizine" just one tab. of 10 mg in day and very important is Alprazolam 0.5 mg at bed time, keep the stress level very low and nothing to worry every thing will be fine take care have nice day.
