Please see an optometrist or ophthalmologist if this is a persistent condition. This is due to stimulation of the optic nerve by something other than light & may require an eye examination if it is a regular occurrence.

I am scared as I lost my near vision and have blurred vision within 24-48 hours i feel dizzy when i stand i also have gastro problems lump in throat feeling
Hello and welcome to HCM, Sudden painless loss of vision occurs due to retinal detachment, vitreous hemorrhage, optic nerve disorders, to name a few causes. However, you are having loss of near vision followed by blurring. This could be due to some vascular problem eg occlusion of artery supplying eyes, etc. You need to consult your ophthalmologist for clinical examination and further management.
