You didn't mentioned your age.
You need few investigations and diet modification.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,ultrasound of abdomen.
You should take fibrous diet and plenty of fluids.
Do exercise regularly and reduce weight if you are obese.
You can take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg half hour before food once daily for one month.

Given you age, blood in stool warrants investigation. Have you been doing your screening colonoscopy? if not , please consider doing so now. Please, see your gastroenterologist
Also, a stool exam and a good rectal exam will help establish some other causes. Get consulted and let the cause be established.
