Hello, First of all control your thyroid levels because hypothyroid state will not let you loose weight,no matter what you do. Avoid sweets,deep fried foods,saturated fats,transfats,junk foods and colas. Take more of green vegetables and fresh fruits. Consume plenty of water. Do regular aerobic exercises for one hour a day. Take small 6 meals a day instead of three large meals a day. Thanks
