Hello, thanks for your query, weight gain advice- Eat three meals per day, as well as two snacks,protien shakes, milk and juices, butter, cheese spreads over bakery products, protienetios foods - eggs, chicken, fish. Fruits- banana, apple, vegetables- patato, carrot, all d best. Take care.

Tips or easier way to weight loss
Hello, Welcome. Please avoid very heavy diet. Take small frequent meals. Take fresh fruits and green veg more. Take salad more in diet. Take protein more like beans, peas etc. Don't sleep immediately after lunch or dinner. Have some exercise after food. Do heavy exercise like cycling or swimming. Have a brisk walking of minimum 45 minutes a day. Hope these all will help you. Take care...
