Hi Orange,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you are suffering from anxiety, if your ECG and Chest X-Ray are normal.

You should get your Thyroid profile checked and should consult a Psychiatrist.

Taking antacid Omeprazole 20 mg along with Domperidone 10 mg early in the morning will be helpful in curing acid reflux and burps. You should take anxiolytics only after consulting a Psychiatrist.

Doing yoga and meditation and exercising in fresh air will be helpful in controlling the anxiety.
Avoid spicy and oily foods, never miss a meal and avoid emotional/mental stress. Donot self medicate especially with pain killers and steroids. Avoid cigarrate and alcohol. Drink plenty of pure water. These precautions will be helpful in controlling your symptoms associated with acid reflux.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms, when heart condition is ruled out, can be caused by acid reflux disease or peptic ulcers. The next step in your diagnostics should be upper GI endoscopy with Helicobacter Pylori test and if positive, antibiotics should be prescribed.
It is very common that acid reflux disease is associated with asthma. Therefore you should also have blow test (spirometry) performed. Moreover, your acid reflux can trigger anxiety or reversibly, anxiety can cause increased acid secretion. If so, both endoscopy and spirometry will be negative.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
