Is Marsilid Effective For Alzheimer S Disease?

In the 1960 era there was a drug called Marsilid is developed for lung desease but it was found to improve mental abilities and Doctors and a lot of professionals were tking it to stay sharp with no side effects I wonder if it is still around because because it might be good for Alshiemers desease.? ( excuse spelling )

Marsilid was originally designed for tuberculosis, it has antidepressant properties, due to its hepatotoxic effects (liver failure), it has been discontinued. It is still available in france and northern europe.
It has no role is Alzheimer's disease to improve memory
