Bipolar and schizoaffective disorder are mental illness and diagnosis depends upon the symptoms at time of examination. If you have both mood symptoms like over-talkativeness, decreased need for sleep, aggression, euphoric mood, psychotic symptoms then there are chances of bipolar and schizoaffective disorder. In treatment, patient needs mood stabilizer and antipsychotic.
