Heart Beat Faster, Ringing In Ears. Fell Off From Building, Pelvic Fracture. Suggestion?

Wondering if its an anxioety attack or possibly a heart attack was laying in bed watching tv with my wife and out of nowhere my heart started racing hands were sweating and shaking I had to get up and walk around and could hear my heart beat in my ears and felt the need to go to the bathroom and nothing came of that after about five min it would go away and come back this happened about three days ago but only once that night and about a month ago at work I fell aproximately 14ft off the second story balcony of the home resulting in a pelvic fracture in 4 different places acompanying that I have a ringing in my ears that hasn't gone away but have not had any symptoms like this before the fall what do you think it may be my regular doc was stumped

Hi, the previous feelings could be due to tachycardia, precurser of the heart attack, and some times it may also be due to the subclinical gastritis.
Second time we cant acesses the cause of the fall, but the ringing in the ears could be due to the concussion of the head injury, or injury to the middle ear. For confirmation you need to have an M.R.I. So i advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
