Difficulty Breathing Deeply, Headache. Anxiety And Stress?

I am experiencing difficulty taking a deep breath and I feel it in my lower neck and between the shoulder blades. It is not too constant and is accompanied with a slight headache. No other symptoms, particularly no cold symptoms.

It started last night while on the treadmill and was minor until I woke up and felt bad. Now that I am trying to relax, it is a minor pain, but still can be felt with a deep breath.

Could it be anxiety and stress?

hi, it appears to be due to cervical spondylosis, appearent by the treadmill , it may come down by taking rest for few days, If it recurs in near future you can consult your doctor, for diagnosis and treatment. It also can be due to gastric hyperacidity, anxiety or tension. Thank you.
