Back Sprain 2 Years Ago, Hot Feeling In Injured Area

two years beforf i was try to move a heavy table that time i got back sprain .in that time i took 2 week bedrest .but still i have pain .some time i feel hot in that area.please tell me a solution

Did you have any kind of investigation for this pain? The manner in which you had onset of this pain is the commonest cause/ presentation for a slipped disc, which once occurs could be recurrent in some people. So even now, an MRI of the spine is mandatory for you.
If anything is still abnormal, you need to go in for rest and consultation with an orthopedician. In the long run, planned physiotherapy sessions will give you long lasting relief
