Hello it is one of the lymp gland infection. Due to this, the gland in neck is swollen. Please start antibiotic and maintain oral hygine. You should see a general physician or a dentist. Dr. M Gopal

It could be some swollen lymph node secondary to some infected foci in mouth like tooth. Else it could be muscle strain. Take painkillers, you will be fine. If no relief, undergo examination to locate the infection. Hit a thanks. Regards

Greetings. Probably a salivary gland along with teeth problem/any other problem.visit a doctor at the earliest for physical examination in order to find exact reason before it get complicated.My advise is for your betterment. Hope you understand & act accordingly.
