Groin Lymph Node Swelling Due To Bee Sting On Cheek?
can a bee sting on my right butt cheek cause swelling in the lymph nodes in my groin on the right as well.. I had a LARGE amount of swelling and redness 2 days after the bite. no other symptoms but yesterday (4 days after the bite) I noticed swelling in my right groin and I touched it and felt lymph nodes I had never noticed

Yes you are right.
A bee sting On your right butt cheek can cause local lymph nodes swelling on your right groin area.This is a reactionary lymph node swelling and would subside once the swelling at the bee sting site disappears.
Sometimes infection can occur and in such case,you may need an antibiotic course,otherwise it shall go of its own.

Due to having insect bite there might be secondary bacterial infection can cause enlarge lymph node of affected site.
Take antihistamie and antibiotic after consulting your doctor.
