hello dear, if your nose is drying and creating problem with breathing use nasoclear nasal drops that will keep nose wet. if it is due to cold use tab levocetrizine 5 mg at night. even than sypmtoms not controlled visit ENT specialist have nose examination done. regards.

Hi Difficultyvin breathing generally may be due to airway constriction or excess production of mucous.......as in your case you have excess mucous you need to get done sputum analysis to diagnose the pathology. Along with it you need to take mucolytics and broncho dialator and need to do chest physiotherapy for proper drainage of mucous. Get well soon. Thank you.
