Have Headache, Fainting, Dizziness And Muscle Weakness After Exercise. Advice?
I am having episodes of near fainting , with dizziness , muscle weakness during exercise that can last up to 30 minutes but only during upper body exercises. When I got home I have a sudden severe headache and i could not read on my Ebook as words would disappear and merge together. This has happened when I was brushing my teeth or other daily things besides exercising. Have not done this when doing leg exercises
Hi Jessica, Welcome to Health care magic forum. You have described that you are getting this dizzyness, muscle weakness, and fainting during and after upper body exercises.
Exercises usually do not have any such effects, in case of cardiac problem it will be there during lower body exercises also.
Only possibility appearing is cervical spondylosis, may cause symptoms due to stretch on the effected segments of cervical vertibrea.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have C.T.scan for confermation of the diagnosis.
Wishing for a quick recovery even after the upper body exercises, and thanks for calling.
