I have recently had the gastric bypass. I was told not to drink coffee and tea because of the Linnin in it, which is what causing them both to be dark colored. Are there any alternatives for me where i can still get the caffiene with out getting the linnin? Thank you!

Most probably it could be due to infection.
Please do stool examination for cysts and ova.
If possible take antibiotics like ofloxacin and ornidazole.
Keep drinking plenty of water.
Drink ORS solution enough to compensate your fluid loss.
If the problem continues, consult a physician or an gastroenterologist.
