i have this "strange" like hot/burning sensation in my upper chest/base of my throat when i breathe. any suggestions? 31/F, not currently sick. not reflux.
Hi...its reflux only...during inspiration the intrathoracic pressure gets negative and stomach contents get suck up due to your lax sphincter...start any ppi and take small n frequent meals..and get an endoscopy done....avoid tea, coffee, soda and chocolate...

what could it be if my heart rate is 120 cant concentrate, dizziness, off balance , nausea, fluttering in mychest..need answers asap
Heart beats more than 100 / minute is known as tachycardia and regular tachycardia is an indication of heart disease .
If occasionally occurs then may be due to hyper acidity or tension as there is also dizziness and nausea , fluttering .
As you are so young ( 26 years ) so if occurs sometimes due to stress or tension don't worry.
If occurs regularly consult a physician and get his opinion.
hey when i eat i get a strangesensation on the back of my head on the left side. especially when I eat something warm the sensation comes. is this normal?
This is not normal.
This indicates some sort of problem in the throat , may be an organic problem like pharyngitis or instigation of the nerves causing referred pain at the back of head.
Consult an ENT surgeon to get thorough check up.
