Experiencing Stomach Pain And Vomiting

5 year old boy complains about stomach pain below belly button took him hospital they did blood urine and temp and BP all came back ok he is vomiting every hour but only brings up very small fluid he has not eaten for 90 hours just sips small 5ml amount of water and this he vomit back up after 1 hour he constantly in bed and keeps one hand on his lower stomach just above his penis area . the hospital discharged him after one night and all they did was make him jump up and down on one leg which he did but after doing the task he later 15 mins later told me it hurt but he still carried on jumping.. The five year old is fit normally with no health issues and regular does kick boxing gym sessions.. before this illness came we all eat the same food and none of his siblings are ill so I do not think it is food poisoning. as we are all fine

I have gone through your query.Acute intestinal obstruction by intusussuption or worms can be suspected in your boys case.An evaluation by pediatric surgeon or surgeon is necessary to rule out the condition.If he vomits continuosly then hospitalization and IV fluid administration will be required.Hope this may help you.
