Constipation, Stomach Gas, Pain In Anus. Using Stool Softener. Hysterectomy Done. Treatment?
Hi, I am currently recovering from a laparoscopic hysterectomy . It was done 4 days ago. I am 24 and they left my tubes and ovaries. I am currently experiencing some constipation which I know is normal but when I do have a bowel movement it feels as if my anus is bruised and it is so painful to have one that it puts me into tears . I am using stool softeners and laxatives daily and the size of the stools don t seem to be a problem as they are very small. Even gas is causing pain to the point of tears. Any suggestions?
