What Is The Cure For Diarrhea, Stomach Cramps And Nausea?

I have just returned from holiday in turkey. Last Thursday I became nauseas and had diohrea I have been of my food when I think of eating I feel sick it is now Monday evening I have eaten a littlw but it just goes straight through me I get terrible stomach craps as well as this

Hi and welcome to HCM,
This may be due to food poisoning, bacterial or viral gastroenteritis.
I suggest medicines like XXXXX500 mg BD, XXXXX1 TDS, XXXXX400 mg BD. Injection Buscopan can be administered along with that. Domstal tablet can be taken whenever you get vomiting. Consult your doctor and take medicines.
