Suggest The Medication For Experiencing Stiffness

Yes, for weeks now my knee, I've been experiencing stiffness, a little puffiness and sometimes it's sore. I use to be able to get a good stretch but now all of the above mentioned has caused me to pull back. I use to jog but now I can only walk and even after that again it begins to get stiff, puffy and a bit sore. I thought at first it was a ligament pull or something but now I don't know because it's gone on for so long. I don't remember over-doing anything that would cause this and for so long; can you help me?
Thank you,
Jessie!

Hello,
Thanks for your query.
The symptoms that you have are likely to be due to an inflammation in the knee if there is no history of prior injury in the area. You need to have anti inflammatory medicines after consulting your orthopedician.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
For future query, you can directly approach me through my profile http://www.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-saurabh-gupta/64132
