Symptoms vary from mild abdominal distension, abdominal pain, pressure while urinating or defecating, irregular cycles, to totally no symptoms and incidental detection on scans.
Is loss of appetite a symptom of ovariancancer or an ovarian cyst?
Loss of appetite could be due to various causes. However cancer too is one of the condition which causes loss of appetite. Almost all cancers cause loss of appetite including ovariancancer.
Regarding ovarian cyst, unless the size is too big to compress on abdomen/bowel and not infected doesn't cause loss of appetite.
