Hi ! i am Dr Shareef answering your query. Is there any itching ? if so, it could be any kind of allergy, which will be relieved with any anti allergic and anti inflammatory drug. I hope there is no history of trauma, which excludes possibility of a hematoma formation. If it persists, then I would suggest you to get it reviewed by an ophthalmologist in your area. Good luck.

A chair dropped on my daughter and hit her above the eyebrow. Now it's swollen with a cut across it... Close to breaking the skin. What should I do?
Start with icing the area. Skin under the eyebrow is extremely vascular easily cause a huge swelling that can cover her eyes. Visit the nearest ER if it starts to bleed or if she complaints.
