There are multiple reasons to get pain in area over spleen. How did you confirm that your spleen is not enlarged? If you got sonogram done, please share the report with us. And please tell us more about your pain (location of pain ? do you get pain in other positions? on pressure ? link with food ? bowel habits?). Do you have other any disease ?
