Pain on the back due to stretching and bending can be due to muscle spasm or muscle injury.
Is there history of fall or trauma?
The body pains and muscle pains can be due to the trauma.
Take rest, take a muscle realaxant and hot fomentation for relief.
Consult your doctor for clinical assessment and prescription of medicine.

Back pain is common problem, here are some tips.
1.wear lumbosacral belt
2.Take myoril or myospaz tablet when pain is severe
3. hot water fomentation
4.Avoid bending forward or weightlifting
5. do not keep your back in same position for long time, learn physiotherapy.

spinal canal stenosis is a slow degenerative disorder,in this space becomes less for the nerve/spinal cord to work normally.the symptoms depends on the site of stenosis.if it is in the lumbar region then it can lead to severe weakness of both lower limbs,gradually and not overnight.it's a slow process. initially,marked by decrease walking distance.
