Rash On Thighs And Upper Back, Pain In Leg, Feet Swollen, Taken Zpack For Sore Throat, Now It Is Back. Advise

I have a rash on my thighs and upper back. I also have leg pain in my hips knees and ankles. My feet are swollen right below my ankle. I have a spot on my right shin that resembles erythema nodosum. About a month ago I took a zpack for a sore throat. The rash appeared around this time. Last week I finished a 10 day round of dex which cleared everything up but now it's back.

Hi, you have rash on theighs and upper back, leg pain, feet swollen, spot on right shin.
The rash appears to be the utricaria, and the swelling of feet is the exhudate , you can use a combination of levocitrizine and montelecast for recuring allergies, with your doctors advise. Thank you.
