Is cephalexin a good antibiotic for nasal vestibulitis?
Thanks for the query to H.CM. Forum.
Let me explain, if cephalexine is sensitive ( acting against bacteria) then a good antibiotics ,if not acting then not good.
So try and wait for result.
All depends upon the nature of bacteria or virus whether antibiotics will act or not act.
Good luck. Dr. HET
