Recently the tonsillar lymph nodes of my throat have become inflamed. I occasionally smoke marijuana, and I was wondering if this could be cause?
yes it may be by marijuana, but there are and some other causes like tonsillar infection.
so I would suggest to use antiseptic spray in tonsillar region and consult your physician.

On 10/19 I found hard lymph node deep in left side of my neck. Ct scan showed other enlarged nodes and wbc slightly elevated. On antibiotics but node hard still

The lump you have could be a lymph node which usually swell when there is any sort of infection in the vicinity.
