ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
There does not seems to be any problem .
If there is no ulcer or swelling then do not worry .
The things you are describing are normal structures ---the tonsils with blood vessles .
On the back of throat there could be granular pharyngitis ie due to long term irritation either due to reflux disease , nasal discharge , or outside food .
The lumps visible to you are the granules over the wall of the back of throat.
YOu need to see for the cause which i mentioned earlier.
I would suggest its always better to get examined ,Get an ent consultation and get examined and treated.
In doubt do reply.
