And what is the best treatment for split skin between buttocks? Currently using caldasene powder, condition clears up but returns within a few day
Thanks for contacting HCM This condition is common in the buttock area. As part of your treatment plan I would recommend using a antifungal powder like tinactin or Lamisil. in addition keep the area clean and dry. The area could be a result of minor bacterial and fungal infections.

I have discomfort when I sit down. It feels sore and when I pulled the cheek to the side blood came out and appear to have a small split in the buttock area
oh those happen. Small infections or skin tears. They heal by themselvs MOSTLY, but can have significant infection that can travel DEEP in and not be visible. AFTER a physican exam, at worse needling to let pus come out, the rest of the treatment is less painful than current situation and it heals up. So, prob requires (1) physician visit a tear in the buttock area.
