Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node
Hi, two days ago I woke up in the morning and felt that my left gland (lymph node) was swollen. It has been two days at it seems to not go away. The weird thing is I do not have a cold, sore throat, and my sinuses aren't stuffy. I was sick several weeks ago with a very bad cold (my family members came down with the flu) and all I got was a cold. What can this be?

It seems from the history that you are having swollen lymph nodes. Since you have mentioned that you had a very bad cold with flu several weeks back, this may be the cause for swollen lymph nodes. The lymph node swelling is commonly seen in viral infections, hence this can be a part of the viral infection.
The treatment is by use of anti-inflammatory drugs and this will decrease over a period of time.
