Hi there As per my expertise there is no medicine for the regeneration of knee cartilage. There are medicines to decrease the degeneration of the cartilage. The best ones are Glucosamine and Chondroitin sulphate containing like Osteogaurd-GM. Diacerin is also a good drug for the same.
