This appears to be symptoms of viral fever. Sometimes such fevers can prone to increased chance of bleeding. Better to get examined by a Doctor and get your Blood tests done. As of now drink fruit juice and lot of water to keep hydrated well. Get to a Doctor soon to rule out Dengue, Chikungunya, Malaria and other possible causes.
