It hurts to lift my right arm... shoulderpain In the joint..
It might be muscular skeletal pain due to :
- overload in physical activity
- using computer-mouse for longer
- lifting heavy weights
I advise to:
- take warm-to-hot bathes
- apply warmed coarse salt locally
- massage with olive/lavender oil
- or can apply OTC analgesics
- take oral pain-killers (ibuprofen)
Wish fast recovery!

Hi Thomasemt! Good morning. I am Dr Shareef answering your query. You might have got a muscle sprain possibly while lifting some weight or any other stressful work. I would suggest you to go for some anti inflammatory along with a proton pump inhibitor drug for a few days. If no relief, then you have to get examined by your family physician. Thanks and take care.
