my boyfriend is experiencing a very tight chest on his left side at times it feels so very much pressure like an elephant is sitting on it is also having a sharp pain down his left arm as well as tingling and numbness in his left hand and fingers can you please help me

Looks like something's not right with.his.heart . Consult immediately a G.P or even.better a cardiologist
