I Have Knee Pain After A Fall

I fell with my full weight on a bent knee . Saw white twice, once when I hit the floor and again a second later. knee swollen on the lateral side and painful on the posterior/lateral side. Third day I can finally extend nearly straight and maintain 90 degrees flexion for a few minutes before pain and tightness are too much. Also, seems to bend easier medially rather than laterally. X-rays were negative. Any thoughts?

Hi!
welcome to healthcaremagic.com.Since the fall you seem to have almost full range of movements baring some swelling so fractures, ligament tears ,cruciate tears are almost ruled out. This might be minor muscle sprains.Try RICE -Rest,Elevation,Ice and compression(fomentation).Take care.
