Pregnant, Placenta In Grade 3. Had Doppler Done. Is My Baby At Risk? Go For C Section?

I am 36 week pregnant and had Doppler done yesterday. All fetal measurement are perfect, my health parameters are also fine but report says Placenta is in grade 3. What does this mean? Do I have to go for C section in next couple of week or still can have normal delivery? Also how much risk my baby is having coz of this and what should I do to avoid that?
Thanks,
