Heart Rate 80. Is It Ok?
I checked my dad s (57) heart rate when he was resting and it was about 80 beats a minute. He is also a smoker. Is this okay?

Adult heart rate varies between-60 to100 beats /minute.
You dont have to worry your dad's heart rate is normal and he is doing fine.
