Have Bone Spurs. Taking Warfarin For Blood Clots. Have Low Protein K. Reason?

I have bone spurs on various parts of my body. Most recently they are appearing on my spine and vertebrae. I have had them removed from my lower spine and right shoulder . I still have on my fingers, wrist , elbows, upper spine and vertebrae, ball of foot and ankle. I had blood clots found in the past in my left leg, so I have been taking warfarin for about 7 years. It was discovered that I have low protein K (?). I am a 47 yr old male. 5 9 230lbs.Why all the bone spurs?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The bone spurs appearing on the spine and vertebrae are the age related degenerative changes. This can be retarded by doing a regular physical therapy.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
