Wart On Foot, Had Bleached Skin. Wart Or Blister?

I have a big wart on my foot and a few weeks ago I saw something that I think is a wart but It doesn't really look like the pictures that I googled of warts it looks like a blister, I also thought it might be a blister because I got DIY all over my hands and I bleached them witch said online could blister skin. How cab I tell if I have a wart or just a blister?
