Itchy, Red, Hard, Mosquito Bite Type Of Bumps Near Ankle. Not Boils, No Ring Around. Possible Bed Bugs?
Yesterday evening I noticed I had an itchy, red mosquito bite type of bump on my lower leg. It was small and red. Nothing was weird about it, so I shook it off. Come today, I have two more on
my leg near the first bump, and now I have two on my other leg. They're kind of hard,
they're itchy when I first get them, and they're like mosquito bites. There's no ring around them,
they're just pinkish-red bumps. They're only near my ankle area.
I started getting them around eight or so. The two newer ones happened in just minutes, and before I felt like I was getting bumps on that leg.
I don't have a pet anymore, it's been about three months since I had one and had no symptoms
like this after that.
I just got a new comforter today, but it can't be allergy to it, I had one of these bumps yesterday.
They're all pretty small, and now i'm extremely paranoid so i'm itchy all over. I looked at the
bumps in the bathroom, and there's no ring around them, they're not like boils, there's no
white or clearness in the middle, they're just like mosquito bites...except there's no mosquitoes.
Do I have bed bugs or something?

The small red coloured itching papules around both ankles are mainly occupational hazards. Since you did not mention your job and age which are more important , you can apply anti pruritic lotion and orally antihistamine drugs.
