Blackish, Itchy, Skin Rash On Leg. Suggestion

I am developing blackish skin rash in my left leg...which itches a lot ..kindly suggest proper medicine

This may be stasis dermatitis due to a varicose vain problem. When sitting, keep your legs up. Get some Hydro-cortisone 0.5% cream and apply to rash. If you have varicose problem have this seen to also. Thank you.
