Red tongue suggests vitamin b12 deficiency and red cheeks and white patches may be due vit b1 vit b2 b4 deficien and white cheeks may be due to oral canidiasis. Yellowish brown teeth can be due to flouris. Take anti fungals and vitamin supplements

Take Ibuprofen for headache 2 - 3 times a day. For sore mouth you can try a mouthwash like listerine every 1 - 2 days. For sore throat can try anti-allergic like a Cetrizine tablet before sleeping.
