I have seen your images.

This is a case to total prolapse rectum where all layers of the rectal wall are prolapsing.

Unfortunately there is no mention of your complains - Please provide a detailed history as to when did it start, are there any associated symptoms, what is the progress - gradual or abrupt; Do you have any investigations done?

Also what do you want to know about the treatment, etc?
