Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum . LARIAGO ( chloroquine ) & paracetamol ,both may be responsible for this vomiting. Before any medication give him ondansterone syrup ( 1/2 hour).

Infection takes time to settle. The time of recovery depend on the type of infection. I suggest you to continue adol syrup and try warm tipid sponging to control fever.
