Urinalysis microscopic RBC 3-5 HPF and WBC 2-4 HPF. What does the value mean?
hi there, 2-4 wbc/hpf is not very significant ,3-5 rbc/hpf tho not normal but not alarming. You may need to repeat the test after a week to see if the rbcs in urine persist. If you are otherwise asymptomatic then wait for a repeat test and then if it is increased or persists you may visit your physician for a more detailed exam.
I undergone urinalysis & shows RBC is 36-45hpf, is that a serious case?
Hello dear, welcome to Healthcare Magic forum.
If you was not menstruating while sample collection, this needs further evaluation. There are many causes ranging from simple causes like UTI to more important causes like renal stones, kidney diseases etc.Kindly see your general physician for initial evaluation.

I have rbc as nill in my routinr urinalysis test... is it normal????
RBC means presence of blood.
In normal urine report RBC has to be absent.
Presence of RBC means there is some bleeding somewhere in your urinary tract.
It is a perfectly normal report.
