Have Rash On Arm And Neck. Used Prednisone Cream. Help

yes,i went to the doctor last tues.,about a rash on my left inside bend,of my arm ,and two spots on my neck.he gave me a cream stronger than hc.,predisone,a tapper dose from 4 a day,for 4 days,then 3,and so .the last coulpe days it seems worse,its on my ears,back,some on my face,and I don t have ins.,or enough cash to go back.the last time it seemed to get worse before it got better,is this the way it goes

Hi i think your rash is polymorpgic light eruption it is due to ultraviolet rays.it presents over sunexposed areas like face.neck arms and upper back.it presents as groped papules on erythematous base or eczema like lesions.it can be treated by sunscreen in the morning.moisteriser along with tenovate ointment in the night.use atarax 25 mg at night .and a antioxidant in day.use haematamic if u are anaemic
