Hi, I am a 13 year old boy. My fingers in both hands have just started shaking. please can you tell me what is wrong.
This can be because of hyperthyroidism or can be due to Essential Benign Tremors. I would advise you to get thyroid Profile done.
Also, tell us how is your body weight and what is your resting pulse rate.
Can u plz advise me on a good quality protein shake, for lean muscle and no carbs and also if it is worth buying protein shake if not what food tohave naturally
There are soany protein powder ther in the market.but i think protein rich food should be prefered over powder. If you are vegiterian than you should go for pulse ( soyabeen has highest content of protein) or milk. If you are non vegiterian than go for meat or egg. Egg protein is reference protein and best among the natural protein cause it is easily digestible. Pulse should not be eat raw.
My nerves system bcm weak, wen i do sleep for short time like 30min which wake up my body was shaking like tremor so which food is good nerves system
Thanks for asking the question.
For nervous system to function properly, sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals is necessary. You can meet your daily requirements by eating 1-2 fresh fruits a day, 3-4 servings of seasonal vegetables (1 serving=1 small cup), a fistful mixed nuts (such as almond, walnut, raisins, pistachios), whole cereal and pulses in your daily dietary regime.
All the best.
