Dear Kumar kanta, please do not be worried. Your blood pressure needs repeated screening as systolic pressure is high but diastolic pressure is normal. May be subsequent reading may have normal values.your sugar values does indicate diabetes but are not alarming high. So do not worry. Get a diet chart made and follow it.develop an regular exercise regime like walking daily for 30 mins after light snacks. With a proper diet and exercise regimen you may be able to control sugar levels without medications. If necessary you can add metformin500 mg st once or twice daily 15mins before meals. Also your lipid levels may improve by just controlling sugar levels, but required you can add fenofibrate 160 mg after dinner. Please do get your t3 , t4 and tsh levels checked. I hope you study about diabetes as education about diabetes is the key to successful management of disease. I hope my answer has helped you. Regards
